# Asur Island

Welcome to Azure Island! Spend an unforgettable vacation on this immersive tropical island, designed to offer you a unique FiveM experience.\
Enjoy a comfortable resort with bungalows, a restaurant, a beach, a pool, and exclusive activities.\
Optimized for MLO, LOD, and SLOD, it guarantees perfect fluidity and exceptional visual quality.\
Ideal for luxury RP servers, events, and VIP areas.\
It literally took me a year to develop this project in my free time. It's the biggest project I've ever done.

#### &#x20;**INSTALLATION** &#x20;

\
**1.** Place the "gidoxy\_azur\_island" folder in your resources folder\
&#x20;**2.** Open your server.cfg file and add the following line:&#x20;

*start gidoxy\_azur\_island*

#### ACCESS TO THE ISLAND

Azur Island is built on an elevated island. This choice was made to ensure:

* Maximum compatibility with other FiveM assets (no conflicts with water files)
* Smooth, calm, and visually clean water, unlike the choppy ocean in GTA
* Improved performance and increased stability

This approach is commonly used in custom map development to guarantee a better gameplay experience.

In fact, there are many ways to reach Azure Island! Here are the means of transport:

* The Dodo (a water-capable plane)
* The helicopter
* The boat, but you will have to change boats at the island's entrance.

#### CONCERT HALL

Concert hall DJ setup (no music included!) You use scripts to play music! Here's a small selection:\
**PMMS** is a community tool that allows you to stream video directly in the game via a URL! [More info here.](https://github.com/kibook/pmms)\
**xSound** can play sound from a URL. [More info here](https://github.com/Xogy/xsound)\
To use PMMS, you can also remove the red and yellow screen because it's a separate YMAP file! It's a file named "screen\_base.ymap"
